oUR ELECTRIC/HYDRAULIC CRANE LOADING DECK IS MORE EFFICIENT by eliminating manual operation of the loading deck
AND GIVES YOU THE CONVENIENCE OF A SINGLE PERSON OPERATION.
Our loading platform’s come in 2 standard widths; 2.2 & 3.2 metres wide. When retracted they are 5.36 metres in length and when extended are 8.36 metres long giving you 3 metres of extension.
The maximum loading capacity is 5 Tonne of uniformly distributed load (UDL) .
It is designed for a maximum of 1 Tonne tip-load when fully extended, this is clearly marked in red on the floor of the deck.
There is also a 2 Tonne section which is clearly indicated by the colour green on the deck’s floor.
When the deck is extended, the subfloor of the deck is a walkway only, this section is not designed to take any building materials, therefore no loads.
Our electric/hydraulic deck is very easy to operate:
First of all, connect the power supply with a standard 10A 240V cable, insert your control panel key and switch the power on – the white control light will illuminate indicating your deck is ready to go.
For general material handling, simply select position 2 and hold down the “OUT” button, likewise to retract the crane deck all you need to do is hold down the “IN” button to return the deck.
To handle heavier loads, select position 1 and hold down the “OUT” button during this process the deck will automatically stop at the 2 Tonne maximum operating position.
Once the deck has stopped in position 1, you can retract the deck by holding down the “IN” button.
Whether you are handling our maximum rated load or have any lighter load on our electro-hydraulic crane deck, it will extend and retract in approximately 1 minute making it the most efficient crane loading deck on the market.
At any time during operation of the hydraulic deck if you feel there may be a problem immediately press the emergency stop button and seek assistance.
